Abstract
ABSTRACT JULIA NITA MARYAM. Effect of Economic Growth and Inflation Against Labor Absorption In the Agricultural Sector in Indonesia in 2010 - 2014. Cooperative Economic Education, Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta, in 2016. This study aims to determine whether economic growth and inflation on employment in the agricultural sector in Indonesia in 2010 - 2014. The research method used in this research is a form of Time Series from 2010-2014, with ex post facto method. Data served every month obtained from BPS, Ministry of Agriculture, and Bank Indonesia. This study uses multiple linear regression model. Based on the analysis simultaneously, economic growth and inflation significantly affect employment in the agricultural sector in Indonesia Year 2010 - 2014. Based on the analysis of partial results, economic growth significantly negative effect on employment agricultural sector, inflation negative influence no significant effect on employment.
