Abstract
Dewi Yunita Wulandari. The Influence Of Achievement Study Subjects Productive Accounting And The Value Of Work Practices Industry On The Readiness To Work Of Accounting Students Class XII In SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta. Faculty of Economic, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2015. This research aims to understand the influence of learning achievements subjects productive accounting and the value of work practices industry on the readiness to work of accounting students class XII In SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta. The research uses a method of survey with a quantitative approach. The collection of data using a technique interview, the questionnaire and the registration of documents. Population affordable of this study is all a student of class XII program accounting expertise SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta as many as 120 students, while the total sample as much as 89 students selected at random. Testing includes a prerequisite analysis test and linieritas normality. The assumption of classical testing using multikolinieritas test and heterokedastisitas. Data analysis technique that is used is regression analysis double and an analysis of the correlation coefficient double. Results of this study were (1) Achievement positive and significant effect on the Work Readiness indicated by the value of t is greater than t table is 3.176>1.988, the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.324, which means the relationship between variables is low, the coefficient of determination by 0.1049 which means that 10.5% of these variables affect the Job Readiness, (2) The value of Industrial Employment Practices positive and significant impact on the Work Readiness indicated by the value of t is greater than t table is 4.447>1.988, the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.432, which means the relationship between variables is strong enough, the coefficient of determination by 0.1866 which means that 18.7% of these variables affect the Job Readiness, (3) Achievement and Value Prakerin together positive and significant impact on the Work Readiness indicated by F count larger than F table at 18.824>3.103, the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.552, which means the relationship between variables strong enough, determination coefficient of 0.304 which means that 30.4% of these two variables jointly affect the Job Readiness.
