Abstract

INDAH PUTRI NURSANTI. THE RELATIONSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL AND CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF MINING COMPANY PERFORMANCE AND BASIC AND CHEMICAL INDUSTRY LISTED IN INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE IN 2013. Thesis. Faculty Of Economics. State University Of Jakarta. 2015. This study aimed to examine the relationship that existed at the Intellectual Capital and Corporate Social Responsibility of the Company's performance in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013. The method used is survey method with descriptive analysis procedures and statistical analysis techniques of data analysis using regression test. This study used secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2013. Intellectual Capital Variable X is measured by using VAIC TM and Corporate Social Responsibility with CSDI. Meanwhile, the variable Y is the Company's performance as measured using the Return on Equity (ROE). The sampling technique used in this study are random sampling. Affordable population in this study are all companies mining and basic industry and chemical listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the samples used by tables Isaac Michael is 44 companies. The regression equation in this study is y = -25 482 + 0.326X 1 - 57.771X 2 . From the results of the analysis showed that the significant positive effect of Intellectual Capital Intellectual Capital where Thitung of 2,201 and greater than Ttabel of 2015 and Corporate Social Responsibility positive significant effect where Thitung Corporate Social Responsibility 8530 with Ttabel of 2015. Simultaneously, the relationship between Intellectual Capital and Corporate Social Responsibility are jointly significantly affect the Company's performance in the mining and basic industry and chemical listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Ability between Intellectual Capital and Corporate Social Responsibility Corporate Performance explained by 74%.
