Abstract

NANI FADILAH. The Influence of Self-Directed Learning and Interpersonal Communication to Learning Achievement of Accounting in Class XI Accounting SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta). Thesis, Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Concentration in Accounting Education, Department of Economic and Administration, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta. 2015. This study aims to determine whether there is the influence between self-directed learning and interpersonal communication with learning achievement of accounting in class XI accounting SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta. The research method used is survey method with a correlation approach. The population was all accounting students of SMK Negeri 10 and affordable population was all class XI students of accounting which amounts to 66 students. The sample used as many as 58 students by using proportional random sampling. Techniques of data analysis using SPSS 21.0. The regression equation obtained was Y = 64.873 + 0.092X 1 + 0.021X . The test hypothesis that the F test in the ANOVA table to produce F (20.456) > F table count (3.16), it means the X1 and X2 jointly associated with Y. T test produce t count of X1 (4.741) > t table (2.004) and t count of X2 (2.431) > t (2.004). It can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between self-directed learning with learning achievement and interpersonal communication with learning achievement. Results of these studies conclude that there is a positive relationship between self-directed learning andinterpersonal communication with learning ahievement of accounting with the results of the multiple correlation coefficient 0.653, which means the research hypothesis is accepted, and subsequently known coefficient of determination (R2) is 42.7%.
