Abstract

RETINA ANISIE. Relationship between Learning Readiness and Learning Environment to Learning Outcome of Students on The Subjects of Accounting, XII Social Class in SMAN 18 Jakarta. Faculty of Economy State University of Jakarta. 2015. This research purpose is to find out the relationship between learning readiness and learning environment to learning outcome of students on the subjects of financial accounting, XII Social class in SMAN 18 Jakarta. This type of research is survey, with quantitative approach. Data recording, interview and questionnaire are research technique. Total population in this study were 107 students with a sample of 83 students of XII social class in SMAN 18 Jakarta. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, classic assumption test, and the hypothesis test consist of t-test and F-test. Based on the analysis of the data found that there was a partial effect between learning readiness toward learning outcome. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed t 4.617 t count greater than 1,987 ttable. Meanwhile, the partial use of learning environment are affected by learning outcome, it is seen from the results of data analysis showed t count 4.440 t count greater than 1,987 ttable. Simultaneously there is relationship between learning readiness and learning environment to learning outcome. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed F count count value of 26.780 is greater than the value of 3.30 F . There was a significant positive relationship between learning readiness and learning environment to learning of students on the subjects of financial accounting with R for 0.633 and determination coefisien for (R) 2 was 40%.
