State University of Jakarta. Scientific work aims to determine the professionalism of employees of PT. Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors, Tbk. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis of the data collection method through literature. From the results it can be seen writing the professionalism of employees is determined by the level of employee capabilities, as reflected through everydaybehavior in organizations. the ability of employees to achieve organizationalgoals.
