Abstract
ABSTRACT RITA LESTARI. The Influence Between Self Efficacy and Self Regulated Learning With Achievement at SMKN 10 Jakarta. Scientific Paper, Jakarta : Study Program of Economic Aducation, Concentration of Office Administration Education, Economics and Administration Department, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, January 2012. This study aims to determine whether there is the influence between self efficacy and self regulated learning with achievement on student SMKN 10 Jakarta. The study was conducted from May to September 2011. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The study population was all students of SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta as much as 717 students, and affordable population of this study is a class XI student of Accounting, Administrative, and Marketing which amounts to 230 students. The sample used as many as 139 students by using proportional random sampling. Data variable Y (achievement) is a secondary data obtained from the value of a class XI student report cards at the third semester school year 2011/2012. While the data variable X (Self Efficacy) instrument used was a replica of New General Self-Efficacy (NGSE) of researchers Gilad Chen, et.al., with internal consistency reliability of a = 0.86 and was measured using a Likert scale. For the data variable X (Self Regulated Learning) questionnaire-shaped instrument used. Prior to use, tested the validity 2 of construct (Construct Validity) through the validation process of calculating the correlation coefficient score points with a total score and reliability testing with Alpha Cronbach. The results of the reliability of the instrument variable X (Self Regulated Learning) of 0.876. Techniques of data analysis using SPSS 17.0 begins with finding the test requirements analysis test for normality using the Kolmogorov Smirnov method and obtained values of X 2 1, X Y, and Residual is 0.200 which are all more than the 0.05 then the data are normally 2, distributed. Linearity test can be seen from the output results Test of Linearity at 0.05 significance level. Linearity test results X (Self Efficacy) with Y (academic achievement) of 0.000 which is less than the 0.05, it can be concluded the data X 1 1 (Self Efficacy) with Y (academic achievement) has a linear relationship. Then the results of linearity test X (Self Regulated Learning) with Y (academic achievement) of 0.000 which is less than the 0.05, it can be concluded the data X 2 2 (Self Regulated Learning) with Y (academic achievement) also has a relationship linearly. Then look for the classic assumptions test the multicollinearity test. A good regression model requires the absence of multicollinearity problems. The results obtained are the Tolerance values of 0.945 which means more than 0.1 and the Variance Inflation Factor (VIF) 1.059, which 1 means less than 10. Thus, it can be concluded that in the regression model didn’t occur multicollinearity. Then look for the heteroskedastisitas test with a Glejser test . A good regression model requires the absence of heterokedastisitas problem. Significance value of X (Self Efficacy) for 0.368> 0.05 and the significance of X 2 1 (Self Regulated Learning) for 0.792> 0.05. Since the significance value of more than 0.05 then the regression model didn’t occur heterokedastisitas. Regression equation obtained is Y= 69,278 + 0,144 X + 0,073 X 2. Test the hypothesis that the F test in ANOVA table produces F (24,195)> F table (3.063), this means that X 1 (Self Efficacy) and X (Self Regulated Learning) simultaneously affect the Y (Academic achievement T test produce t count of X 1 (Self Efficacy) is 4.379 and t count of X 2 2 (Self-Regulation in Learning) is 4.223 and t table. is 1.656. Because t count > t it can be concluded that there is a positive influence on the self efficacy with self regulated learning with academic table, achievement. Then a coefficient of determination of test results obtained 26.2%, academic achievement variable (Y) determined by X 1 (Self Efficacy) and X (Self Regulated Learning).
