Abstract

ABSTRACT RISMA SAFUTRI. The Influence of Work Environment and Attitude Towards Teacher Profession on Economics Teacher Performance At Private Senior High School East Jakarta. Concentration of Economic Education Cooperative. Study Program of Economic Education. Department of Economic and Administration. Faculty of Economic. State University of Jakarta. 2015. This study aims to determine whether there is any effect on the working environment and attitudes towards the teaching profession in high school economics teacher performance Private in East Jakarta. This research was carried out for 3 (three) months from April 2015 to June 2015. The method used in this research is survey method with the correlational approach. Collecting data using interview and questionnaire. Population is affordable across the private high school economics teacher in East Jakarta are already certified from 2007 until 2014. The sample in this study is a private high school economics teacher in East Jakarta are already certified are 32 economics teachers. Data analysis techniques used in this study is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 16.0 software. Calculation of research data begins with the test requirements analysis is using Kolmogorov Smirnov normality test with a significance value of 0.998 economics teacher performance, value the significance of the working environment of 0.977, and the value attitude to the teaching profession significance of 0.421, based on these results it is all the normal distribution of data due significance value of 0.05, and a linearity test between work environment with economics teacher performance amounted to 0,008, then there is a linear relationship between work environment with economics teacher performance, and attitude in the teaching profession with the economic performance of teachers by 0,020, then there is a linear relationship between the attitude of the teaching profession with the economic performance of teachers because the significance value less than 0.05. Calculation results obtained multiple regression equation Y = 34.179 + 0,381X1 + 0,264X2 . Furthermore Test Regression Coefficients (t-test) note that: 1) There is a positive and significant effect on the performance of the work environment economics teacher based acquisition tcount > ttable (3.409 > 2.045). 2)There is a positive and significant impact on the attitude of the teaching profession on teacher performance economy based acquisition tcount > t table (2,562 > 2,045). Regression coefficients of test results (test F) note that: There is a positive and significant impact on the work environment and the attitude of the teaching profession on teacher performance economy based on the acquisition value of Fcount > Ftable (10.972 > 3.327). Results of these studies conclude that there are positive and significant impact on the work environment and attitudes towards the teaching profession in high school economics teacher performance Private in East Jakarta, with the contribution of labor and environmental influences on the attitude of the teaching profession is at 43.1% while the rest is explained by factors Other Factors that do not exist in this research model.
