Abstract
Wildan Faudzan. The Impcat between Leadership Styles and Work Climate and Teacher Performance against SMK Negeri 13 Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration in Accounting Education, Economics Education Studies Program, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta. 2015. This study aims to determine the impact between the leadershi style and work climate perception on Teacher Performance in SMK Negeri 13 Jakarta. This study was conducted over three months, starting from January to March 2015. The method used is a survey method with correlation approach. The population of the study were all teachers of SMK Negeri 13 Jakarta. The sampling technique is simple random technique (simple random sampling) with a sample of 48 teachers. Instrument used to obtain the data variables X1 (Leadership Styles), X2 (Work Climate) and Y (performance in this study was measured using a Likert scale. The data were analyzed in this study begins by finding multiple regression equation and regression equation y = 0,027X 1 +0,029X +71,611, while the test requirements analysis is the normality test to see the results of the KolmogorovSmirnov test statistic is equal to 0,861, greater than 0.05 (> 0.05), this means that the sample comes from a population of normal distribution. Test linearity to see ANOVA table obtained from Y by X1 (X2 considered constant), and Y with X2 (X1 considered constant) obtained Deviation from Linearity of 0,787 and 0.674. Greater than 0.05 (> 0.05), which stated that there and significant linear relationship. Test simultaneous correlation produces the R value of 0,645, it can be concluded that teachers' perceptions of supervision and motivation to work with the performance has a strong positive relationship. Test the hypothesis through F test resulted Fhitung> Ftable of 14,579 > 3,22 it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between Ledership Style and Teacher Performance Work Climate against SMK Negeri 13 Jakarta. Coefficient determination test produces R Square of 0.416 or 41.6%, then the decision could be made that there is a positive and significant relationship between Leadership Styles and Work Climate on Teacher Performance.
