Abstract

Zelinda Kusumawati. The Influence Of Parents’ Social Economics Status and Achievement Study on The Interest to Continue Study to Collage of Accounting Students Class XII In SMKN 44 Jakarta. Faculty of Economic, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2015. status dan achievement study on the interest to continue study to collage of accounting students class XII In SMKN 44 Jakarta. The research uses a method of survey with a quantitative approach. The collecting of the data uses the interview, the questionnaire and the registration of documents. Population affordable of this study is all students of class XII program accounting expertise SMKN 44 Jakarta; 67 students. While the total sample are 58 students selected randomly. The processing of the data includes a prerequisite analysis test and linieritas normality. The assumption of classical testing using multikolinieritas test and heterokedastisitas. Data analysis technique uses regression analysis double and an analysis of the correlation coefficient double. Results of this study are (1) Parents’ Social Economic Status positively and significantly effect on the Interest to continue study to collage indicated by the value of t is greater than t table; 4,92 > 2,004, the correlation coefficient (r) of 0,553, which means the relationship between variables is middle, the coefficient of determination by 0,3058 which means that 30.6% of these variables affect the interest to continue study to collage, (2) Achievement study positively and significantly impact on the Interest to continue Study to Collage indicated by the value of t is greater than t table is 2,67 > 2,004, the correlation coefficient (r) of 0,339, which means the relationship between variables is low enough, the coefficient of determination by 0,1149 which means that 11.5% of these variables affect the Interest to continue Study to Collage, (3) Parents’ Social Economic Status dan Achievement Study together positively and significantly impact on the interest to continue study to collage by F count larger than F table at 23,374 > 3,16, the correlation coefficient (R) of 0,678, which means the relationship between variables strong, determination coefficient of 0,459 which means that 45,9% of these two variables jointly affect the interest to continue study to collage.
