Abstract
DIAN LESTIASARI 2014. 8143118096. Analysis of Archival in PT Aventis Pharma at the Departement of Accounting. Study Program of Diploma Secretary. Departement of Economics and Administration. Faculty Economics. State University of Jakarta. This paper has a purpose to know about problems that occur in the management of archives in PT Aventis Pharma at the Departement of Accounting. Research method that used is descriptive analysis, with searching observation and data through library. From writing can concluded that in the management of effective and efficient records records required proper procedures or guidelines that is the presence of standard procedures or guidelines and should be disseminated to all employees to avoid mistakes in the process of archival storage.
