Abstract

Abdul Rohmad. The correlation between self efficacy and performance of teachers’ in accounting department at Vocational High School in East Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration in Accounting Education, Educational Studies Program Economics, Department of Economics and Administration, School of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2014. This study aims to gain information and knowledge based on data and facts that is valid, trustworthy and true about how big the correlation between self efficacy and performance of teachers’ in accounting department at Vocational High School in East Jakarta. This study uses survey and correlational approach. The data obtained from questionnaires used self efficacy. The sampling technique used in this study is the technique of insidental proportional (proportional Insidental sampling). Affordable in the study population was 104 teachers, and the samples used by the table Isacc and michael is 78 teachers. The regression equation in this study is Y = 69,53+0.08 X Test requirements analysis, estimation error normality test regression Y on X obtained by test liliefors (Lo) 0.087 < (Lt) 0.100. This indicates that the regression model were normally distributed. While the linearity of regression testing obtained Calculate Faccount (1,51) < F table (1.71). This shows that the linear regression model. Test the significance of regression is known that F Calculate the mean regression model (44,69)> F table (3.96). From hypothesis testing to test the product moment correlation coefficient of Pearson obtained rxy = 0.619, then this means that there is a positive relationship between the self efficacy determined to teachers performance. From the t-test calculation is known Taccount (6,87) > TTable (1.665), so this shows that there are significant relationships (significant) between the self efficacy with teachers performance. While the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained value of 38,32%, which indicates that the self efficacy determined by the teachers performance of 38.32%.
