Abstract
FITRIA RAHMAYANTI. Correlation Beetween the Social Environment with Sudents Learning Motivation Accounting Departement Class X at 46 State Vocational High School East Jakarta. Skripsi, Jakarta: Concentration in Accounting Education, Study Program of Economic Education, Departement of Economic and Administration, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta, 2014. This research was aimed to obtain valid data and facts about the relationship of the social environment with class X student motivation in the accounting department 46 vocational high school in East Jakarta. This study was conducted using a survey with a correlational approach. The population in this study were all students at 46 public vocational high school in East Jakarta. Affordable in the study population was all students of class X in 46 public vocational high school in East Jakarta 213 number of students. The number of samples that made this study is a class X student of accounting number 5. The number of samples of each class is determined proportionally by using a Simple Random Sampling Technique. The instrument used in this study form questionnaire totaled 40 points for the variable motivation to learn and 40 grains of variable social environment. Of test requirements analysis, the data revealed normal distribution and linear regression equation Y = 75,92 + 0,57 X. Data were expressed normally as a result of L count < L table the number L of 0.0671 and with a significant level of 5 % and n = 58 then L table count 0.1163. Based on the regression linearity test , the data showed that the results of the linear form of F count < F with the results of the calculation of F count of 0.55 and F tabel table 1.94. Based on hypothesis testing, regression to test the significance of the data showed that regression has significance or significant that the calculation results showed that the F count > F of 34.63 and F table table of 4.00. Correlation coefficient test results obtained from the calculations that r of 0.6182, which means that there is a strong relationship between social environment with students' motivation. Based on the correlation coefficient significance test showed that t xy count of 5,558 with t on n - 2 (58-2) = 1.671, this means that there is a significant relationship between the two variables as the result of t count > t table table . Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination for both variables produce 0.3821 or 38.21 %, which means it is 38.21 % means that the social environment can affect students' motivation , while the remaining is influenced by other variables that are not described in this research.
