Abstract

ABSTRACT DWI RAHMAWATI. “The Influence of Quality Service and Membered Trust to Membered Loyalty on KSU Primer Koperasi Tahu Tempe Indonesia (PRIMKOPTI) North Jakarta. Script. Economics Education Program, Economics and Cooperative Education Concentration, Economics Majors and the Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2014. Lecturer advisor : Dra. Endang Sri Rahayu, M.Pd and Dicky Iranto, SE, M.Si The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Quality Service and Membered Trust to Membered Loyalty on Cooperative Primkopti North Jakarta. This research has done from during three month since September until November 2014. The population research was all of membered Cooperative Primkopti North Jakarta is 500 members. According to the table Issac and Michael number of samples taken from a population of as many as 205 members. Method using method with correlational approach, while the data X1, X2 and Y from primary with instrumemnt of questionnaire with likert scale for X1, X2 and Y. Iit has validity test and reliability test. Partially, for influence between the quality service and the membered loyalty T calculated 7,296 and T table 1,971. Then T calculated > T table. It means that the influence of quality service and membered loyalty partially. Meanwhile, T calculated for membered trust is 4,457 and T table 1,971. Then T calculated > T table. It means that the influence of membered trust and membered loyalty partially. From the F test, F is counted for about 52,340 and F table is 3,04. Then F calculated > F table. It means that there is the effect of the quality service and membered trust to membered loyalty simultaneously. R2 value which is obtained is equal to 0, 341. It means that the variable quality service and membered trust, it can explain the membered loyalty for about 34,1%. Meanwhile, the rest it explained by other variables. The regression equation which obtain is Y = 35,530+ 0,354X1 + 0,218X. From the above analysis, simultaneously it can have a significant effect between the influence of quality service ang membered trust to membered loyalty on cooperative Primkopti North Jakarta.
