Abstract
ABSTRACT VERANIKA VIRGIANA “The Influences Of Labor Force And Wages Of The Labor Absorption In Indonesia Periode 2006-2013”Thesis. The Education of Cooperation Economic. Economic and Administration Major. Faculty of Economic. State University of Jakarta. 2014. Lecturer Advisor : Dra. Endang Sri Rahayu, M.Pd and Dr. Siti Nurjanah, SE, M.Si This research is purposed to analyze the influence of Labor Force and wages of the labor absorption in Indonesia. The data used in this research are the secondary data, that type of panel data for 2006-2013 periods in 33 province, source from Badan Pusat Statistik and Kementerian Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi. The methods of this research are expose facto. The technique of data analysis in this research is the data panel. Based on by using Eviews 6.0 software, Eviews is used to process the data statistics and econometrics, the advantages of this program is the ability to process data panel becomes easier. The output has indicated the labor force (X1) is positively and significantly affected to the labor absorption (Y) in province Indonesia. While, labor force (X2) is positively and significantly affected to the labor absorption (Y) in Indonesia. Determination coefficient value that obtained is 0.879499, was obtained having the notion that the contribution of the effect of variable labor force and variable wages of 12,06% while the rest is explained by other factors that do not exist in this research model.
