Abstract

Analysis customer loyalty cards pre pay SIMPATI the Students FE UNJ. Course DIII marketing of management. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. This paper aims to understand customer loyalty cards pre pay simpati the students Faculty of Economic. Methods used in research is descriptive analysis by using data collection through study library, interviews and documentation. The research may be known that in dimensions repeat purchase of two statement from the majority of using or buy back products long In dimension referral show good results, where both statement proposed writer, most respondents said they agreed that of respondents buy product line other simpati, in dimension refers other obtained good results, where both statement proposed writer, majority of respondents said agree that simpati has given a good impression to customers, and retention obtained good results, where both statement proposed writer, most respondents said they agreed that has immunity to negative issues of simpati and remain loyal with simpati.
