Abstract
ERNITA SANDI TRIANA 8143108204. Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Pada Direktorat Pengembangan Air Minum, Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum. Program Studi D III Sekretari. Jurusan Ekonomi dan Administrasi. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This paper aims to determine how much work discipline among the employees of the Ministry of Public Works, Directorate of Water Development. The method used is descriptive analysis with observational methods. Analysis is performed also with picture issues are researched and draw conclusions that are special and then compare it with the theoretical basis and present the data in order to obtain a clear picture of the issues. From the results of this research is that the discipline in the Ministry of Public Works Less so good, this is because there are many employees who come to work late hours.
