NELSY FERIANTI. 2010. 8143108210. Analisis Gaya Kepemimpinan PT Somagede Indonesia. Program Studi D III Sekretari. Jurusan EkonomAdministrasi. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This paper has a purpose to know about leadership style at PT Somag Indonesia. Research method that used is descriptive analysis; with using though library and observation. From writing result can concluded that leadership needs a wiseparticipatory leader and not an authoritarian leader. A good leader is the pewho give motivation for the employees to work hard to get organization’s goals. Key word: Leadership styles
