Abstract

ABSTRACT YULIA JIHAN SILVANA. The Influence Job Stress and Motivation Toward Perfomance on Employee PT Haier Sales Indonesia. Skripsi, Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Concentration in Office Administration Education, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty Economics, State University of Jakarta 2013. This research conducted to find out if there is Influence Job Stress and Motivation of Perfomance on Employee PT Haier Sales Indonesia. This research was conducted for three months starting April until June 2013. The research method used is survey method with causality approach. This is the entire population of affordable employee research is part of the service and part center of 65 people. The sample used as many as 55 people using simple random techniques. Perfomance data achieved from sekunder data performance appraisal directed from PT Haier Sales Indonesia for periode of June 2013, X variabel (Job Stress) using Likert scale. Techniques of data analysis using SPSS 17.0. from the result of F-test, found that Job Stress and Motivation simultaneously influence to Perfomance seen from Fcount (26,919) > Ftabel 1 (3,17). T-test result in t (Job Stress) registration -4,182 and –t tabel of -1,67, because -4,182 < -t (-1,67) then declared job stress has significant direct influence on performance. While t count from X 2 (motivation) of 3,727 and t tabel 1,67, because tcount > t then it can be inferred that there was a significant direct influence between job stress of the performance. The effect of job stress on performance through correlational relationship with motivation is 0,074 and the effect of motivation on performance through job stress is 0.074. As for the R2 of 0,509 which means that the performance can be explained by the variable job stress and motivation of 50,9% and the remaing 49,1% influence by other variables which are not examined.
