Abstract

ABSTRACT TIMOREZA PUTRI INDRIYANI. The Influence Of Self Efficacy with Performance Of State High School Economics Teachers In East Jakarta. Study Program Of Economic Education. Concentration In Cooperation Economic Education. Departement Of Economic And Administration. Faculty Of Economic. State University Of Jakarta. 2013. The purpose of this study was to gain the proper knowledge (valid, approval, and right), and trustworthy (reliable) regarding the influence of self efficacy with performance of State High School Economics Teachers In East Jakarta. This study uses a survey method, which studied data from samples taken from a population. Collecting data using a Likert scale questionnaire for self-efficacy variables and economic performance of teachers. The samples in this study were economics teacher at a high school in East Jakarta District totaling 42 teachers with the sampling technique used was simple random sampling. This research using simple linear regression analysis, obtained by simple linear with function Y= 46,15 + 0,694X. In addition, for using at t-test to determines significant between variables X and Y, result account t-test = 0,684 with p-value > 0, it means that independent variable (self efficacy) had correlation with dependent variable (economic performance of teachers). The determination showed r2 = 0,6842 = 0,4679. Thus, It meaning economic performance of teachers was set at 46,79% by self efficacy. The Conclusions of this study, there is significant correlation between self efficacy with performance of State High School Economics Teachers In East Jakarta. The higher the self efficacy, so the higher performance of State High School Economics Teachers In East Jakarta. In the end, it is suggested that teachers have self efficacy / high self confidence are always embedded in him so that he could educate their students for success in the future Keywords: outcome learning of economic, self efficacy.
