Abstract
Analysis The Relationship Of The Product Quality With Customer Loyalty Wardah Lightening Two Way Cake Compact Powder (Surveys At Universitas Negeri Jakarta). Study Program DIII Marketing, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This scientific work aims to find out the product quality from Wardah Lightening Two Way Cake and customer loyality Wardah Lightening Two Way Cake Compact Powder. The method in this research is descriptive analysis by collecting data from library and questionnaire the powder Wardah Lightening Two Way Cake user. From the result research, it can be seen that the quality of the product Wardah Lightening Two Way Cake compact powder is good. This can be measured by the performance of these products, the features, reliability, conformace, aesthetic and perceived quality of the product get a good respon. But the powder is still weak in durability, the powder is not durable or easily fade. The product quality Wardah lightening Two Way Cake compact powder has a correlation value of positive and moderate with the customer loyalty, so if the quality of the product is good, then customer loyalty will increase. Key word : product quality, customer loyalty
