Abstract

The analysis of the customer satisfaction of Bolt 4G LTE (Survey to the Student of State University ofJakarta). Study Program of D3 Marketing, Major of Management, Faculty of Economy, State University of Jakarta. This scientific work aims to know the recent customer satisfaction of Bolt 4G LTE according to the Student of State University of Jakarta. The Methode uses data collection through book study, observation, documentation, and quetionnaire. Based on the research result of the customer satisfaction that uses cartesius diagram, Bolt customers are satisfy with the speed of Internet, the given guarantee Bolt, and followed by the trust of customer to use Bolt 4G LTE in the future. The satisfaction is one of the key for the company to increase the number of their customers. Keyword: Customer satisfaction
