Abstract

LIA AMELIA RUSYADI, 2012, 8143097515. Analysis of Filing System at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (persero) Tbk Kantor pusat Harmoni-Jakarta Pusat. Diploma Program of Secretary (D-III), Major of Economic and Administration of Economic Faculty, Jakarta State University. This paper is intended to know about filling system at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (persero) Tbk Kantor pusat Harmoni-Jakarta Pusat. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis by collecting the data through observation and literature review. The cases that found at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Kantor pusat Harmoni-Jakarta Pusat are some problems in filling system, lack of understanding about the elements of filling system, and insufficient of filling system facilities. Filling system at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Kantor pusat Harmoni-Jakarta Pusat need to do some improvements in using the system, figure out the element and procedure of filling system, and completing some facilities to solve the problems. The result of this paper shows that a properly filling system is the most important thing to support the company activities and progress. Keywords: Analysis, and filling system.
