Study Program of Diploma Secretary. Major of Economics and Administration. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. This paper has a purpose to know about secretary job in handling the trip leader on Badan Kepegawaian Negara Directorate Salary and Welfare Unit. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method to collect data through observation, interview and literature study. From the results of scientific work of this writing, it is known that the handling of trips necessary leadership knowledge and skills enough for the secretary about the leaders organize trips to both timing and scheduling of planned and structured so that trip leaders are operating effectively and efficiently.
