Abstract
ABSTRACT DEWI MEILIANA. TheCorrelation BetweenStudent Attention With Economic Understanding Of SMAN 102 In East Jakarta. Script , Jakarta :. Majority Economi and Administration, Faculty of Economi, State University of Jakarta. 2011. This research aims to detect correlationbetweenstudent attention with economic understanding. This research is done during three months counted from April up to Juny 2012. Research method that used research technique descriptive method passes to approach correlational. Watchfulness population student of East Jakarta 102 vocational high school as much as 250student. Sample taking technique proportional samplingas much as146samples. Instrument that used to get variable data X (student perceptions on the use of learning media) measuresed to use scale likert by using formula alpha cronbach got result reliabilitas variable X as big as 0,84, this matter proves that instrument valid and reliabel. For variable Y (learning progress on the subjecst of accountancy) to measuresed to use average five times student daily repetition values. Significancy test with thitung as big as 9,592and tas big as 1,66. Because thitung > ttabel tabel , from watchfulness result so researcher can conclude that found connection significantBetweenBetween Student AttentionWith Economic Understanding On East Jakarta 102 Vocational High School.Coefficientproduces KD as big as 0,3899. matter this means variable variation Y to influenced by variable X as big as 38,99%. So can be taken conclusioneconomic understanding determined bystudent attentionas big as39,45%and residual as big as60,55% influenced byotherfactors.
