Abstract
ABSTRACT NEVI NOOR ANANDA. Influence Of The Provincial Minimum Wage Rater and Education Levels Of Unemployment In Indonesia Thesis. Jakarta: Economics Education Studies Program, Concentration of Economic and Cooperative Education. Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2012. This study aims to gain knowledge based on data and facts are valid, correct and reliable whether there is influence of the Minimum Wage Rate of Unemployment and Educational Attainment in Indonesia. The research was conducted over a period of 3 years commencing from the year 2007-2009 in 21 provinces through secondary data. So that the data amount to 63. The method used is expos facto method with panel data types, namely the incorporation of cross section data and time series. Based on the results of trials conducted in 21 provinces. On the instrument variables Y (Unemployment) X1 (wage rate) X2 (Education Rate) that is greater than the value Fhitung Ftabel value. So H0 is rejected, with a significance level of 0.017 and less than 0.05% and means that all independent variables have a significant influence on the dependent variable san. In the data analysis techniques derived values for the regression equation Y = 9,1980,061 +0.367 X1 + X2 et In the testing requirements analysis to test the normality of the test statistic that can be used in the test for normality is the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test normally distributed data are used in hypothesis testing F test and demonstrate that together UMP and education levels have a significant effect on unemployment. 4346 for greater Fhitung dr Ftabel 1.53 with a significance of 0.017. Because the significance is smaller than 0.05 or 5%. Then H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded UMP and education levels have a significant effect on the unemployment rate of wages produces tcount -0.103 <1.667 at the table of t, ((df) nk-1 = 59) because tcount <TTable then HO is accepted, meaning that the partial no significant effect between the UMP with unemployment levels of education produce tcount 2.905> 1.667 for a table of t, so that if the variable is rejected then the HO mean level of education is partially significant effect on unemployment in Indonesia. R ² (R square) of 0.127 or (12.7%). This shows that the percentage contribution of the influence of the independent variable (UMP and TKPend) against the dependent variable (unemployment) of 12.7%. Test classic assumptions Durbin Watson value is equal to 1550 concluded that there is no autocorrelation problem in the second test variable multicollinearity Durbin watson. In independently has a value tolerance of 0.958 is below 1 and VIF value for 1044 is far below the number 10. It can be concluded that all the variables used are wage rates, education levels and unemployment, it can be concluded that there was a significant effect of minimum wage rates and education levels of unemployment in Indonesia.
