Abstract
ABSTRACT Nuzrotul Fadhilah, 2016: Relationships Between Self Efficacy and Locus Of Control with Career Maturity on Year End College Students: Study on NonEducation College Students S1 in FE UNJ class of 2011.Undergraduate Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration in Human Resource Management, Program Management, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this study is: 1) To find a description of self-efficacy, locus of control with career maturity of year end college students on S1 Non-Education in FE UNJ 2) To examine empirically the relationship between self-efficacy and locus of control of year end college students on S1 Non-Education in FE UNJ 3) To examine empirically the relationship of locus of control and career maturity of year end students on S1 Non-Education in FE UNJ. The analysis conducted in this study was descriptive and correlational analysis. The study was conducted on 76, year end college students on S1 Non-Education in FE UNJ using simple random sampling method. The technique of data collection is using questionnaires, which processed by SPSS 21. The results showed that: 1) self-efficacy have positive correlation to career maturity significantly with moderate correlation 2) locus of control have positive correlation to career maturity significantly, with moderate correlation 3) have correlation to career maturity Keywords: Self-Efficacy, Locus Of Control, , Career Maturity
