Abstract

ABSTRACT Ilham Kurnia Putra, 2015; The Influence of Unsatisfaction and Price toward Brand Switching of Smartphone Product (Study Case on Employee of Central Jakarta). Skripsi, Jakarta: Marketing Management Concentration, Management Over the Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purposes of this reserach are: (1) To notice the affect between unsatisfaction toward brand switching of smartphone product. (2) To notice the affect between price toward brand switching of smratphone product. (3) To notice the affect between unsatisfaction and price together toward brand switching of smartphone product. Sampels in this research are employees who live in Jakarta who work in Central Jakarta who had never done swicthing product brand smartphone. The number of sample in this research are 150 respondent. This research uses quantitative method with multiple regression analysis technique, and a data anlysis tools uses SPSS version 21. The results of examine hypotesis shows: (1) there is significantly affect between unsastisfaction toward brand switching with the significantly value of 0,000. (2) there is a significantly affect between price toward brand switching with the significantly value of 0,000. (3) there is a significatly affect between unsatisfaction and price together toward brand switching with the significantly value of 0,000. Keywords: Unsatisfaction, price, brand switching
