Abstract
ABSTRACT Muhammad Ifkar Dzehhan, 2015; Influence of Work Environment, compensation and career development painting department Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Kramayudha Ratu Motor. Skripsi: Jakarta, Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of the research are:. 1) To know description for the work environment, compensation, career development and employee job satisfaction of painting department Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Kramayudha Ratu Motor. 2) Test empirically influence of work environment towards employee Job satisfaction of painting department Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Kramayudha Ratu Motor. 3) Test empirically influence of compensation towards employee job satisfaction of painting department Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Kramayudha Ratu Motor. 4) Test empirically influence of career development towards employee job satisfaction of painting department Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Kramayudha Ratu Motor. 5) Test empirically influence of work environment, compensation, and career development towards employee job satisfaction of painting department Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Kramayudha Ratu Motor , 6) To know how far the contribution of work environment, compensation and career development toward employee job satisfaction of painting department Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Kramayudha Ratu Motor. The analysis implemented in this research are descriptive and explanatory analysis. This research is taken 134 employees painting department Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Kramayudha Ratu Motor, while data collection by using quitionaire and cultivated processed using SPSS 21. The analysis showed that: 1) the installation of each unit or hospitalization need to consider variable factors that have been studied, because these factors shown to affect the level of job satisfaction. 2) the work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction with the p-value of Compensation has a significant influence on job satisfaction with the . Carreer development significantly influence job satisfaction. All four variables have a positive relationship, which indicates the improvement of the other variables to be better anyway.
