Abstract
ABSTRACT Evi Permata Sari Lase, 2014; Analysis of Procrastination Level Differences Based on Gender, Socio-Personal, Locus of Control, and Emotional Intelligence: A Study on Management Students of Economics Faculty State University of Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration in Human Resource Management, Program Management, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This research used descriptive and comparative analyses. The study was conducted with the 232 management FE UNJ students using proportional stratified random sampling method and used primary data from questionnaires which are then processed using SPSS 21. The result showed that: 1) the procrastination level between male and female students is identical. 2) the procrastination level between students whom his/her mother is holding university degree with others whom his/her mother is not holding university degree is different. 3) the procrastination level between students whom his/her father is holding university degree is different with others whom his/her father is not holding university degree. 4) the procrastination level between students who have one sibling is different with others who have more than one siblings. 5) the procrastination level between new students are different with senior students. 6) the procrastination level between students who have internal locus of control is different with others who have external locus of control. 7) the procrastination level between students who have high emotional intelligence is different with others who have low emotional intelligence.
