Abstract
PEPYLIA SYAHMI. 2014. 8143145202. Analysis Of Organizational Communication On Employee Division At Sekretariat Mahkamah Agung. Study Program Of Diploma Secretary. Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This paper aims to find out how organizational communication at Sekretariat Mahkamah Agung. The methods used in this research is descriptive analysis with the method of data collection through the library, study and observation. From the result of the writing can be known that in communication of organizations required communication down and upward communication. In addition, the existence of principles and functions of communication as well as the factors that influence the effectiveness of communication in the organization.
