Abstract
IRDANTIO DIMAS. 2010. 8223108300. Analysis of Services in PT Sukma Putra Sarana. Study Program, Diploma In Marketing Management. Department of Management. This scientific work aims to understand and analyze services facilities in pt sukma son .In this research , using a method of descriptive writer .By using the study of literature and the questionnaire with the results of respondents were then spread recapitulated 30. Based on research results can be seen the process of services most respondents who use services in pt sukma the son of a means through five dimensions namely tangibles, reliability , responsiveness, assurance , and emphaty Keywords : procedures, sevice.
