Abstract

ABSTRACT PUTRI KASYATI. The Influence Of Work To Motivation And Training By Performace Of Employees At PT. Karisma Banua Indonesia. Thesis , Jakarta: Concentration of Education Administration Office, Economic Studies Program, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economic , State University of Jakarta. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between work motivation and training on the performance of the employees of PT . Karisma Banua Indonesia. The method used was a survey method with the correlational approach . The study population was all employees of PT production . Karisma Banua Indonesia 76 people . Sampling technique with proportional random technique ( proportional random sampling ) . The samples used were 62 employees by 5 % error level . For variable data work motivation ( X1 ) obtained through questionnaires shaped instruments , training ( X2 ) and performance ( Y ) is obtained through the company's data . Before use, be tested construct validity (construct validity) through the validation process of calculating the correlation coefficient score points with the total score and reliability tests with Cronbach alpha formula . X1 instrument reliability results ( work motivation ) of 0.922 . Analysis using SPSS program begins with the analysis of test requirements for the test methods Komolgrov Smirnov normality and can value X1 , X2 , and Y is 0,200 of which are more than 0.05 then the data were normally distributed . Linearity test can be seen from the output of Linearity Test at the 0.05 significance level . Linearity test results X1 ( Work Motivation ) with Y ( Performance ) of 0.213 , which means more than the 0.05 it can be concluded that the data X1 with Y have a linear effect . Then the results of the linearity test X2 (Training ) with Y (Performance ) of 0.704 which is more than 0.05 then the data can be inferred bahawa X2 with Y has a linear effect . Obtained regression equation is Y = 8.309+ 0.495 X1 + 0.263 X2 . Test the hypothesis that the F test in the ANOVA table produced Fcount ( 22.809 ) > F (3.15), this means that X1 ( Work Motivation ) and X2 ( Training ) together have the effect of Y ( Performance ) . T ¬ t test result count of X1 ( Work Motivation ) of 4.959 and a t of X2 (Training ) at 3,070 and 1,671 ttable because t is greater than t table it can be concluded that there is a positive influence between work motivation and performance training with performance . Then the coefficient of determination obtained test results of 43.6 % , which means that the variable Y ( Performance ) is determined by X1 ( Work Motivation ) and X2 ( Training ) simultaneously to 43.6 % . The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation and performance training with the performance of the employees of PT . Karisma Banua Indonesia.
