Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Program Studi DIII Pemasaran. Jurusan Manajemen. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The scientific work aims to analyze the marketing strategy Wong Solo Restaurant Branch Pondok Gede used SWOT. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method of data collection through literature study, observation, and interviews. From the results of the writing can be seen that the internal factors that have the greatest power is the menu that is served which has a distinctive taste, while the other four powers are: quality control of grilled chicken restaurantWong Solo done strictly, human resources owned by Wong Solo’s restaurant quality, products owned Wong Solo’s Restaurant has had 47 menus, system sales made by Wong Solo’s Restaurant. is to set up branches or representative as much as possible. Score a total strength of 1,650, while the weakness of 0.70. so can dikatan that the power is still greater than the disadvantages.
