Abstract

SITI AZHARI PUTRI RACHMANI. 2015. 8223118220.Consumer Satisfaction Analysis Restaurant Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) In Depok. Marketing Diploma Study Program. Department of Management. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. This scientific work aims to determine customer satisfaction based on consumer characteristics, quality of service and product attributes. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis. By using data gathered through literature and questionnaires with 100 respondents spread then the questionnaire results in the recapitulation. Based on the results of the study showed that most respondents KFC restaurant manifold women by 59 percent, with the coming of age ranged from 16-25 years, with most of the employment status of students / college students and consumers who come to have income and expenditure are the same, namely <Rp.1.000.000. For product and service attributes evaluated by consumers based questionnaire showed good average so that consumers are satisfied with the products and services available in KFC restaurants in Margonda, Depok.
