Abstract
ABSTRACT Rasyid Ayurbi, 2012; The The Effect of Dividend Payout Ratio, Leverage, Size, ROE, and Earning Growth on Price Earning Ratio: Evidence From Non Financial Firm Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange In 2008-2010. Skripsi, Jakarta: Concentration of Financial Management, Study Program of Management, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to know the effect of dividend payout ratio, leverage, size, ROE, and earning growth on price earning ratio. The research model in this study employs panel data. The research sample consists of 77 non financial firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2008-2010. The results show that earnings growth has a significant negative effect on price earnings ratio. In addition, leverage and return on equity has not exhibited significantly negative effect on price earnings ratio. Dividend payout ratio and size (size of company) has not exhibited significantly positive effect on price earnings ratio.
