Abstract

PUTRI DIAN PERTIWI. 2011. 8223118217. Analysis of consumers loyalty to the Bebek Kaleyo restaurant. Ahli Madya of Marketing Management. Departement of management. Faculty of Economics. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The selection of the title is based on scientific work because of the eagerness to figure out the things that can influence the loyalty of consumers. In this case, the analysis of consumers loyalty must be maintained so that the consumers do not choose another product or service. This scientific is aimed to figure out the analysis of consumers loyalty to the Bebek Kaleyo Restauran. The method usedin this observation is descriptive analytic helped with survey by interviewing and questionnaire. For the result, loyalty of consumers of Bebek Kaleyo is influenced by many things such as the characterizations of consumersin selecting the product or service, the decision making of the purchase, further information for the analysis of consumers loyalty to the Bebek Kaleyo restaurant.
