RADEN YUSAFAT GRINGGO SONI BASKORO. 2011. 8223118218. Analysis of the factors that affect customer satisfaction at Simply Fresh Laundry branch Kota Wisata Cibubur. Study Program Diploma in Marketing Management. Department of Management. Faculty of Economics. Jakarta State University. The title selection was taken because they want to know the factors that affect customer satisfaction Simply Fresh Laundry branch Kota Wisata Cibubur. This analysis was conducted to determine consumer response to the company's performance expectations of consumers if it is appropriate or not in accordance with customer expectations. This analysis aims to determine the analysis of the factors that affect customer satisfaction. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis of the survey method through questionnaires and interviews. From the research it can be seen that the factors that affect customer satisfaction is the quality of products, quality of service, emotion, price, and final cost and ease. 3 factors: product quality, emotion, and factor in the cost and ease of already good but the rest are still two factors, namely poor quality of service and price.
