YANITA DWI ASTUTI. 2009. 8223097577. Analysis of Service Quality Dunia Fantasi Unit In PT Taman Impian Jaya Ancol TBK, Jakarta. DIII study program in Marketing Management. Department of Management. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. Scientific work aims to find out about services at the Dunia Fantasi unit PT Taman Impian Jaya Ancol TBK. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method of data collection through literature study, questionnaires, and observation. From the results of the writing can be seen that in measuring the quality of services provided to consumers contained in the 5 factors: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty. Company in this case PT Taman Jaya Ancol Impian Dunia Fantasi unit seeks to provide the best service to consumers by measuring the five factors. Tangible view of all aspects of product and services that can be seen such a building at Fantasy World. Reliability is the reliability in providing services to consumers such as the right and opening hours at the counter purchasing system is good. Responsiveness is responsive in serving visitors need who need information such as hours of closing. Assurance is the guarantee to have employees who provide the best vehicle for example, employees who are willing to help lock the door before starting the game. Emphaty is the ease in serving guests who want to buy such tickets are not left waiting too long to give good service. Using the SWOT analysis can be concluded that the unit has a Fantasy World Strenght service that is engaged in the largest high-tech game in Indonesia that can be enjoyed by all ages and is very attractive to have a weakness the lack of good communication that and visitors also have the opportunities that have the product which is superior to the public is familiar with the Dunia Fantasi in the strategic place and threat has the appearance of a service company that provides similar services is a game of high-tech product and services with different concepts.
