Abstract
DYAH AYU KHAYRUNNISA The Correlation Between Organizational Commitment to Teacher Performance At Vacational High School in Jakarta. skripsi, Jakarta: Trade regulation Education Program. Economics and Administration Department, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. July 2012. This study aims to obtain the proper data / facts (authentic, true, valid) and trustworthy (reliable) about the extent of the correlation between organizational commitment to the teacher performance at SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta. The study was conducted over five months and started from march to July 2012. The method used in this research is survey method approach to correlation. The population in this research were all teachers of SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta Jalan Muara Cipinang I, Jatinegara East Jakarta, which numbered 40 people subscribers. These samples were taken by 36 people according to Isaac and Michael’s table with a sampling error of 5%. This sampling technique is using simple random sampling technique. To encompass the variable X (Organizational Commitment), were used the instrument in the form of questionnaires and it distributed to all teachers of SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta, and after it was tested the content of validity through the validation process which is the calculation of the correlation coefficient score points with the total and reliability testing by using Cronbach Alpha formula. While the variable Y (Teacher Performance) were used secondary data based on the List of Works Implementation Assessment (DP3) teachers' SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta Jalan Cipinang Muara I, Jatinegara, East Jakarta in 2011. The result of the reliability in the variable X (Organizational Commitment) is 0954. The test of analysis requirement performed is to find the regression equation from Y = 44.95 to 0.26 + X. The following is a test for normality of estimated regression error on X by using the Liliefors test and attain Lhitung = 0.0753 compared to Ltabel at the level 0.05 is 0.1477. Lo <Lt. This means that the estimated error of Y on X is normally distributed. The linearity test results Fhitung (0.32) < Ftabel (2.29), this means that linear regression models is used, meanwhile, the denoted regression test is obtained Fhitung (13.13)> Ftabel (4.13), proves that this is the denoted regression. The results of calculating product moment correlation coefficient results rxy for 0532. Then, proceed to the significance of the correlation coefficient test by using t test. The results obtained are thitung (3.664), whereas a TTabel on dk = n - 2 = 36-2 = 34 and the significance level of 0.05 is 1.69, means thitung> TTabel that the denoted correlation coefficient expressed. The calculation of the coefficient of determination results rxy2 = (0,532) 2 = 0.2831. This shows that 28.31% the teachers’ performance variation is determined by the organizational commitment. The findings of this study is that there is a positive correlation between organizational commitment to the teachers performance at SMK 50 Jakarta.
