Abstract
This paper has a purpose to get knowledge about the analysis of differential accounting information in making decision to accept or reject the special orders on PT. Howezen Indah Industry Jakarta. The method used in the Research is analytical description by obtaining data through observation, interview, and literature studying. Differential accounting information is a future information or an information following to the alternatives which have a role in decision-making. The case of this paper is the selection of alternatives to keep or drop special orders. This information is required by management, thus in this research author uses the differential accounting information to decide the best alternative selection Key Word: Differential Accounting, Making Decision. Special Orders.
