DENNY PRASETYA. 2009. 8223097584. “ANALYSIS OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SERVICE PROVIDER INDOSAT IM3 (DATA SURVEY USERS SERVICE PROVIDER INDOSAT IM3 IN THE STATE UNIVERSITY OF JAKARTA)”. DIII Marketing Management Program. Department of Management. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. This paper aims to determine how the analysis of customer satisfaction with the service provider Indosat IM3 (survey service provider Indosat IM3 user data at the State University of Jakarta). The method used in this research is a descriptive study using data gathered through a literature review, survey and distributing questionnaires to users of the service provider Indosat at Jakarta State University. From the results of the writing can be seen that customer satisfaction with the service provider Indosat is good enough or not with what is needed. Consumers want a service provider that has a good network, and low prices as one of the reliable service providers. Consumers will be satisfied if their expectations are met, and am very happy that their expectations are exceeded. By improving the quality and improve service to complaints that come. So later customer satisfaction will increase with the changes and the marketshare of the company can be maintained.
