FERDY PAIDO TUA. 2013. 8223108302. Analysis Customer Satisfaction of Product Learning Books PT Akasia Citra Prima (Akasia Publishers) Through SWOT System. The Diploma III Program Study Marketing Management. Department of Management. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. Scientific work aims to find out about customer satisfaction with product learning books high school level through the Acacia Publishers dimensions of customer satisfaction as well as a SWOT systems that can identify the factors that are systematically held to formulate the company's strategy. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis of the methods of data collection through literature review, observation, interviews and questionnaires. From the results of the writing, will find out the extent to which the level of consumer satisfaction and problems which will then be analyzed and searched solution to improve the performance of the company going forward.
