RIDHA AYU HANDAYANI. 2013. 8223108278. Analisis Kualitas Pelayanan Pada Lotte Mart Wholesale Pasar Rebo, Jakarta. Program Studi DIII Manajemen Pemasaran. Jurusan Manajemen. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This paper aims to describe of perceived Service Quality At Lotte Mart Wholesale Pasar Rebo, Jakarta. Design used in this study is a descriptive analysis. Data was gathered by literature review and field study. The population was visitors Lotte Mart Wholesale Pasar Rebo. The sampling technique used was Convenience Sampling Technique, which is one of the Non-Probability Sampling Techniques. It can be concluded that the quality of service at Lotte Mart Wholesale Pasar Rebo good except there are two aspects that are still not a good fit with the visitors still slow service of employees and products sold has not good quality.
