Abstract
FIRLIANA. The Relationship Between The Teaching Competence Of Teachers The Motivation Of Learning In Students Vocational High School 22 In East Jakarta. Skripsi, Jakarta: Study Program Of Commerce Education, Departement Of Administration and Economy,Faculty of Economic, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Juni 2012. This research aims to get the data and facts are valid and trustworthy about the relationship between the teaching competence of teachers with students learning motivation in vocational high school country 22 Condet, East Jakarta. This research was conducted for three months since april 2012 until june 2012. The research method used is the survey method with korelasional approach. The population in this research are the students of SMK Negeri 22. While the population of affordable is the students X class of 80 students of accountancy. The sample used was 65 students. Sampling techniques used are simple random techniques drawn proportionally. To capture the data from both the variable used with the questionnaire answers for likert scale-shaped teaching competencies teachers (variable X) student learning and motivation (variable Y). For variables X, of the 38 grains after the statement validated 4 grain drop statement, valid consists of 34 grains statement. For variable Y, of 40 grains after the statement validated 8 grains drop statements, thus a valid consists of 32 grains statement. Calculation of reliability of both variables using the formula Alpha Cronbach. Results of the reliability of the variable X 0,80 and reliability results of 0,85 variable Y. This result proves that the instrument is reliabel. A simple linear regression model is Ŷ=106,87 + 0,13X. Test requirement analysis, testing normality error regression estimates show that the X, Y normal distribution. This is evidenced by the calculation that Lhitung (0,0553) < Ltabel (0,1099) by using the Liliefors test on the levels of significance (α) = 0,05. Linear regression test Fhitung (0,57) < Ftabel (1,85). Indicates that the Fhitung < Ftabel is regression model is Linear. Hypothesis test, regression test is Fhitung (5,27) > Ftabel (4,00) indicates that the regression means. Test result and linear regression using ANAVA table. Coefficient of correlation is rxy = 0,28, significance testing thitung = 2,31 dan ttabel = 1,67. Can be concluded that the correlation coefficient is significant. Coefficient of determination is rxy2 = (0,28)2 = 0,0784. This means that 7,84 % of students motivation is determined by the competence of teachers to teach while 92,16 % variation in students motivation is determined by other factors, such as health agencies, and encouragement of learning, learning environment, and mood state. Conclusions of this study is that there is a positive relationship between the competence of teachers teaching with students motivation in SMKN 22 Condet, East Jakarta. However, the influence of the teaching competence of teachers is very weak.
