ABSTRACT ANGGITA TRI PURWANTI. The Difference Between Employee Motivation Not Gettingthe Job Rotation Getting In. FS CMManufacturing Indonesia.Script, Jakarta: Concentration Education of Office Administration, Program Study of Education, Department EconomicandAdministration, Faculty of Economics, State University ofJakarta, 2014 This studyaims to determinewhetherthere are differences inmotivationamong the employeeswho getthejobarenotgettingrotationonPT. Federal Superior Chain Manufacturing (FSCM) manufacturing Indonesia. . The method usedwasa survey methodwithcausalcomparativeapproach. The population ofthis study were employeesof PT. Federal Superior Chain Manufacturing (FSCM) manufacturing Indonesia. numbering302people. Samples are161employeeswitha composition of 16employeeswho receivedjobrotationand145 employeeswhodid notgetthe jobrotation. Dataobtained byusing instrumentalmotivationin the formof Likertscale. Before use, test the validityandreliability tests withCronbach alpha formula. The resultsobtained for0.671reliability ofthe instrument. The data analysis techniqueused is theaveragedifference2(t-test), and thetestperformedwithtestdata requirementstotestLilieforsdata normalityandhomogeneity testdata with theF testresultdata normalityforthe datavariablesX1producesLhitung(Lo )=0.069, comparedwithLtabel(Lt) forn=16 at the0.05significance levelis0.161thenLo(0.069) <Lt (0.161). Thismeans thatthe dataare normally distributedvariableX. While thenormality testdata forthe datavariablesX2yieldingLhitung(Lo) =0.073, comparedwithLtabel(Lt) forn=145at the0.05significance levelis0.074, thenLo(0,069) <Lt (0.074). Thismeans thatthe datadistributionnormal.HasilX2testof homogeneityof dataisFt(table) worth1.55andFo(count) =1.12thenFo(count) <Ft (table). Thismeans thatboththe datahavehomogeneousvariances. Furthertesttwo averagedifferencewiththe t(count) =4,140, comparedwith1.98t-value tablethen4,140 t>t table1.98. This resultgivesthe conclusionofthis studythatthere are differences inmotivationbetweenakaryawanthatgettingthejobisnotgettingrotation.
