Abstract

RENI AGUSTIA , 2014. 8323118254 . Evaluation of the Implementation of Program Perang Bocor to Improve Revenue PT PLN ( Persero ) Serpong Area . Diploma of Accounting Studies Program . Accounting Department . Faculty of Economics . State University of Jakarta. Scientific aims to help PT PLN (Persero) in Serpong area measuring efficiency levels of program perang bocor that have been implemented by PT PLN (Persero) using efficiency ratios and relate it to the total revenue received by PT PLN (Persero) Serpong area. Efficiency ratio that is used can be seen the level of success of the implementation of the program perang bocor. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis of the quantitative methods of data collection through primary data such as income statements, statements P2TL, and P2TL earnings reports and literature studies. From these results it can be concluded that the use of the application budget program perag bocor already proven very efficient realization of revenue from the program perang bocor, realization of revenue from the program perang bocor. Persetase achievement shrinkage changes increase or decrease each year from the Office of the target distribution is targeted at 8.54% but the achievement of PT PLN (Serpong area) of 9.30%, in the year 2012 was excellent in reducing losses that have been defined by the Office of Distribution 6.96% and the achievement of PT PLN (Persero) Serpong area of 4.68%, in the year 2013 target of shrinkage of the Office of Distribution of 4.37% and the achievement of PT PLN (Persero) Serpong area of 7.32%. The use of budget to implement the program perang bocor has also been very efficient in the amount of 29.7% in 2011, 46.5%% in 2012 and 23.1% in 2013.
