Abstract

ABSTRACT PITTA ROHANA.The Relationship of Between Work Environment With Employee Job Satisfaction In PT. Surya Semesta Perkasa Tangerang. Faculty of Economics.Jakarta State University.2014. This research aims for this study was to obtain empirical data and facts right (valid or invalid) and trustworthy (reliable or unreliable) as to whether there is a relationship between the Working Environment Employee Job Satisfaction atSurya Semesta Perkasa Tangerang. This study was conducted over three months starting from April 2014 through June 2014. Research method is a survey method possible with the correlational approach. The population in this study are all employees of PT Surya Perkasa Universe. Sampling as many as 42 employees of Michael Isaac table for error level of 5% ie 36 randomly selected employees. Sampling technique in this study is simple random technique (Simple Random Sampling Technique). Simple regression equation obtained was Y = 25,45 + 1,07 X. Test requirements analysis to test the normality of the estimated regression error Y over X indicates that the estimated regression error Y over X is normally distributed. In a hypothesis test, test and test the significance of linearity expressed means and linear regression. The correlation coefficient is calculated using the formula of Person Product Moment generating hassil rxy of 0,79 while the significance of the obtained t-test of 7,70 and 1.68 ttable. Due t count > t it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between work environment and job satisfaction held by employees of PT Surya Semesta Perkasa Tangerang. The calculation of the coefficient of determination showed 79% variation in the Y variable is determined by the variable X. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and significant relationship between Work Environment with Employee Job Satisfaction in PT. Surya Semesta Perkasa Tangerang.
