Abstract
ABSTRACT PUTRI INTAN ASTRINI. The Influence Of Compensation and Training Towards Productivity Of Employee In PT Asaba Jakarta. Scientific Paper, Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Concetration of Office Administration Education, Economics and Administration Department, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, June 2014. This Study aims to determine whether there is the influence of compensation and training towards productivity of employee in PT Asaba Jakarta. The research was conducted over two month from Mei to June 2014. The research method used is survey method with the correlation approach. The research population was all employee of PT Asaba Jakarta as much 200. The sample used as many as 58 employee by using proportional random sampling. Data variable Y (Productivity), variable X1 (Compensation) and the data variable X2 (Training) are secondary data obtained through the company’s data from PT Asaba. Techniques of data analysis using SPSS 16.0. From the result of Ftest, found that F (483,263) > F table (3,165). This means that X 1 and X2 count simultaneously affect the Y. T test produce t count of X 1 is (1,715) = t table (1,673) and t count X 2 (17,653) = t (1,673). Because t count = t ,it can be concluded that there is a influence on the job insecurity and organization commitment towards turnover intention. Then a coefficient of determination of test results obtained 0,946 or 94,6% variable Y determined by X 1table and X . Based on the result of regretion model, regression equation obtained is Y = 0,384 + 2,644X 2 1 + 7,010X 2 table . Beside that, the result of R eqqual to 0,946 wich means that compensation and training can explained productivity eqqual to 94,6% and 5,4% explained with another variabel.
