Abstract
ABSTRACT RUSTIAN APRIANI. Correlation Between Achievement Motivation With Student’s Achievement at SCI Program Senior High School 78 Of West Jakarta. Studies Program of Economics Education, Office Administration Education Concentration, Department of Economic and Administration, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta, 2014. The purpose of this research is to know the relation between Achievement Motivatian with Student’s Achievement at SMAN 78 of West Jakarta. The research has done from during 3 since April 2014 until Juni 2014. The research method using survey method with correlational approach. The population research are all of students from SCI program at SMAN 78 of West Jakarta. While the research of population were 48 students from two class of X SCI and XI SCI with 44 students for sampel. The sampling technique was conducted by proportional random sampling. The X variable data (Achievement Motivation) using likert scal. Then, it has construct validity test using validation process, that is correlation coefficient valusing score with the total score and reability test with Alpha Cronbach formula. Whereas Y variable (Academic Achievement) using secondary data on academic report. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Y = 67.057 + 0.170X. and than, normality data test using liliefors formula and the result is L ) = 0.122 in significant level 0.05 and L tabel (L t ) = 0.134, so L count (L o) < L count tabel (L) mean that be mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. The result of regression siginicant test is Fcount (19.69) > F (4.07) shows tha the regression significant. Regression linearity test, Fcount tabel (1.27) < F (2.46), it showed regression is linear. After that, the product moment test of correlation coefficient test is r = 0.565, I used correlation coefficient test with ttest. The result is t coun t = (4.44) > t xy tabel = (1.68) and significant level 0.05 so tcoun t (L t > t Fron this counting, node that it has significant relation the use of Achievement Motivation with of Achievement studies. Beside that, the result of determination coefficient test is r = (0.565)2 = 0.3191. That mean is variate Student’s Achievement variable determinated by 31.91% variate of Achievement Motivation. The conclusion shown that research have positive relation between Achievement Motivation with Student’s Achievement at SCI program SMAN 78 of west Jakarta.
